For now, yes - however they both have value in how a company can reach and engage its employees. The Limeade Communications app is an aggregator of both communications and activities company-wide. Users can be notified of key milestones from Limeade programs (e.g. new activities or point tallies) and if they choose to continue on a mobile experience, they will be easily connected to the Limeade app to complete activities. Limeade will continue to work toward a single mobile app in the future.
For employees who are not yet engaged with a well-being program, the Limeade Communications app is the perfect tool to reach them. A company can push promotions through the app for its well-being program and extend the reach they are getting.
The target date for a single mobile experience will be based on whether the customer is ready for that solution in the state that it is in at a certain period in time. So there isn't one date, but there will be a build order to solution features and customers will opt-in when they believe the Limeade ONE product meets their needs.
How does this work? Will Limeade content be automatically pushed through the Limeade Communication App?
For customers that have purchased Limeade Communications, Limeade will work with them to create new activities and set up a campaign in the Limeade Communications app that will target employees and create awareness and excitement.
