Limeade Communications: Events
Customers of Limeade have requested a new functionality that supports improving employee events — from streamlining communication to connecting attendees. Limeade Communications will soon help manage and communicate event details to employees. This functionality gives employers a new vehicle to promote events, share resources and allows employees to RSVP, see detailed agenda information and share comments.
A new events management console will be incorporated into the existing Limeade ONE administration console.
This new functionality will be available in Limeade Communications in late April.
Find Help Quickly with New Support Tools
Limeade has made it easier for a company's employees to find helpful information in the Limeade platform. This is available in all Limeade Well-Being programs now (English only); the new support resources give employees the ability to access the product knowledge base and dynamic FAQ for common issues and questions.
Information is available on-demand, without waiting for a response from the Support Team. If an answer isn’t readily available, employees can reach out directly to support for more assistance.
Improved Insights with Limeade Insights Dashboards
Getting program insights in real-time is critical. To make this process quicker and easier, Limeade has made the following improvements to the Limeade Insights Dashboards:
- Improved data processing updates. Experience faster dashboard performance and more frequent data refreshes.
- Additional data filtering to the Program Summary Dashboard. Program administrators can select any date within the program period to review metrics for that time period. Administrators can also include terminated users in the data selection to view the entire population.
New Language Selection Navigation
Limeade has simplified the process to change a user’s language preference in a Limeade Well-Being, Engagement or Inclusion program. To get to this control, users can now click:
- Profile icon > Settings > Language tab
- From the Language tab, users select their language preference
The globe icon in the header of the language selection for signed-in users is now removed.
