To configure channels in Cloud Comms, first select Channels from the Cloud Comm dropdown.
Here are the five recommended channels, which are configured by default. To choose who can write to each channel, click the channel itself and see the section Who can write to this channel? in the resulting box to the right. For channels such as the Cheers and Social channels, it is recommended for everybody to have write privileges, however, channels like HR News, Corporate News, and Local News should have write priveledges limited to writers who are specific to that channel. These writers can be added in the Cloud Comm Writers below the Who can write to this channel? section.
