If you are accustomed to logging into your account with your username, and need to know or update the email address associated with your account, please do the following.
NOTE: You can only find or update your associated email address via the Limeade web experience. You cannot do so via the Limeade iOS or Android app.
- Once logged in, click your profile photo in the upper right corner.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Notifications' tab.
- Under 'Contact Info' view the Private Email associated with your account.
- If you need to update that email, please reach out to our support team at support@limeade.com
NOTE: If you authenticate into the Limeade platform via your corporate identity credentials then the 'Private Email' field will be inactive and not editable.
