Person to person chat uses AI technology to filter inappropriate content.
Other content is not proactively filtered or screened. Limeade does not screen and filter content for the following reasons:
- Limeade ONE customer admins can easily delete any post or comment at any time.
Admin > communications > post – tap the trashcan immediately deletes the content
- Each account is tied to an employee name and it is easy to track inappropriate messaging.
- If a customer still feels strongly about keep strict control of content and postings, we recommend that the customer disable the Social and Cheers channel. This would effectively limit all communications and posting to customer admins and writers, but will limit what we really love about this product—the product’s functionality.
