Top Apps report
This report indicates which MicroApps and/or Cards are being used by employees the most. In applying updates to this report, it was discovered that the previous report was flawed and displaying misleading information. Given the identified issues, it was decided to capture the data differently. The result of this approach means that the report will only provide metrics from the release date forward (July 24th 2020). Historical data is of no value for proper measurement.
Aside from Data quality, the following improvements have also been applied to the report:
- Actual instance of app/card name.
- This permits the ability to distinguish metrics on a MicroApp that is being used to for multiple use cases, allowing administrators to measure success for all use cases.
- Report will display localized name if it exists for the MicroApp/card.
- Increased the count of top reported items to 10 from 5.
- Color variation for Cards and MicroApps.
- Permits administrators to quickly differentiate a card vs a MicroApp.
Store registration description
A new field, Registration Description, has been added under for the ONE Admin site, under Administration > Branding > Login. This new field enables an Admin to enter a description for registration and localize the description, if needed.
Filter based on text in message reports
Admins can apply a text filter from Communications > Reports. The text filter is located in the filters area of the report and is labeled Search. The filter will be applied when the Admin types in the Search field. To remove the filter, simply delete the text from the field.
This applies to the following reports:
- Communications / Reports / Messages
- Communications / Reports / Polls
- Communications / Reports / Confirmations
Filter messages with no channels
Admins can apply a filter that removes messages that do not have channels from Communications > Reports. The text filter is located in the filters area of the Report and is labeled No channels in the channel filter option. This new option is also available from the Communications > Messages and the Communications > Reports console.
The filter is available in the following reports:
- Communications / Reports / Messages
- Communications / Reports / Polls
- Communications / Reports / Confirmations
What's Fixed
- Deleting an event
- Admins were receiving an 'Error 500' message when trying to delete an event. They can now delete events, without error.
- All messages visible regardless of timezone
- Some messages were not showing due to bad time zone translations. This behavior would cause some messages to be filtered out and not appear for few hours in the console. All messages should now be visible.
- Channels can now be deleted
- Admins will now be able to delete channels that are not used.
- iOS app can now use large GIFs
- When large animated GIFs were loaded in a communications message, the iOS app could crash. This has now been resolved.
- iOS app would crash when opening Limeade language tips
- A crashing bug was encountered when some detail views of a communications card were opened. This bug was resolved.
- German translation added for Limeade consent page
- A missing localization was discovered on the targeted consents end user view on the Legacy communications Web client and has been added in this latest release.
- Notification links to card details
- There was issue with navigating from a mention notification to the card in the Web Experience. With this fix, users will be able to click on a notification for being mentioned from the notification center and navigate to the card.
