Linking to activities from updates
Program admins – working with their SAE – now have the ability to link directly to in-app well-being or engagement activities from posts in My Updates. This provides more ways to promote activities and keep them relevant to the user, leveraging communications capabilities to highlight and drive user participation.

Limeade ONE Web – Services Tab
The Services page provides employees with access to extension experiences. This tab has now been added to Limeade ONE Web experience, mirroring the app experience. This can increase use of important company tools and resources. This feature is behind a toggle, please work with your SAE to incorporate this into your experience.

Updated Top Apps report
We have made updates to the data quality and other general improvements for the Top Used Apps by MicroApp/Card report that customers can use to determine which experiences are most successful in their programs. We’ve increased the number of items shows to 10 (from 5) and incorporated color variance. Please note the report will only provide metrics from the release date forward (July 24th 2020). This report is accessible in the Communications reporting.

Text search in message requests
My Updates authors can now do text searches in any message report. This saves time for My Updates authors when they are looking for insights related to a keyword. This is included in the following reports:
- Messages Report
- Polls Report
- Confirmations Report

No channel filter
Starting mid-July, we have enabled communications content authors to filter in any message report for messages that are not targeted to a channel. This makes looking for content with no channel easier and more efficient – simply select this filter (no channel) vs manually reviewing all messages to find desired content.

- Messages Report
- Polls Report
- Confirmations Report

Well-Being Library Updates:
We’ve added over 50 activities in our well-being activity library since the start of Q2 – based on requests and aligning to how organizations are adapting and caring for their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please work with your SAE to add the activities that align to your goals into your experience.
