Tango Card rewards are processed as soon as you achieve a level and/or earn a reward. It can take up to 48 hours to receive your Tango Card reward link via email. The reward link will be sent to the email address associated with your account and is not contained in the site.
If you do not receive your Tango Card reward link via email or have an issue with the link, please reach out to support@limeade.com and someone will be happy to assist you.
Note: Please also check junk and spam folders for Tango reward emails.
