Insights Dashboards Refresh
We have made visual improvements to the Insights Dashboards to deliver a more accessible, user-friendly experience. The data provided does not change, this is a visual refresh only. Refreshed elements include:
- Update and alignment of font types
- Color guide
- Unified tooltip updates & guide
- Unified dashboard sizing
- Unified filter formatting
- Layout containers

Refreshed Cheers Experience
Additional functionality has been added to the Cheers experience, making it easier for users to send and view Cheers.
Key changes:
- Cheers can now be viewed via the user profile.
- For users – simply navigate to the profile on the mobile app.
- For admins - to enable this capability, Navigate to Limeade ONE Admin > Settings> General Settings>Global Settings> User tab and select Enable Cheers on Profile
- Cheers can now be sent from a user profile.
- For users – click on a user name from “My Updates,” click the “thumbs up” icon and fill in the cheers to send.
- New default Cheers. 9 completely refreshed Cheers, including new images and new translations. This update does not affect existing cheers defaults and customers can still create custom cheers.
- For admins - to add these, navigate to One Admin> Communications > Cheers and click the +Create Defaults button

Communications Functionality Updates
Additional functionality has been added to the Communications Admin to improve functionality, based on customer feedback. These updates are:
- Auto Translate for Communications Messages: Authors can update any translations with auto translations by first clicking the Auto-translate from <Language> button, selecting which languages they want to update and then clicking Apply.
- Prompt When Navigating Away from Message Draft: Work will not be lost when clicking a navigation item when in the middle of drafting a message; users will now be prompted with an "are you sure" prompt ensuring users understand they will lose unsaved content.
- New Groups Filter for Cheers Report: A Groups filter has been added to the Cheers report, enabling administrators to filter the list of cheers by senders and receivers that are members of the group.

New Partner Update: Employee Assistance Program thru Limeade partnership with Workplace Options (WPO)
The EAP program through WPO offers sessions of structured counseling per employee/family member per issue per year; available modes of counseling: telephonic with digital and mobile modalities coming to Limeade customers in 2021. With clinicians available to support an employee’s or family member’s needs 24/7, users are able to email or call to receive immediate help or access to a credentialed provider network of >83,000 affiliate counselors, wellness coaches, trauma professionals, and training facilitators worldwide.
EAP also includes:
- Local language answer available in 70+ countries
- Customizable award-winning website with resources available in 27 languages/dialects
- Promotional materials – Electronic flyers and posters in 80+ languages, as well as awareness videos available in nine languages highlighting four themes: resilience, work-life, relationships, and workplace success
- Quarterly and annual reports – Utilization data to show key trends; access to our online reporting tool
- Account management – Designated global account manager serves as the single point of contact; additional support worldwide from regional/local account managers
- Can be bundled with WPO’s telephonic coaching for an all-encompassing employee support solution
