Partner Activity Privacy Settings
Program Admins can now determine activity privacy for all partner activities, including Limeade Interactive activities, in the Activity Center.
Listening Dashboard
With the Listening Dashboard, you can easily view and compare survey and quiz results across user groups to keep a pulse on how your employees feel about important company topics.
Note: (Internal-Program Admins) By setting the activity privacy to "Lock activity privacy to 'only me'" you will lose the ability to run an activity report due to the implied sensitive nature of the activity.

Scheduled Activities Did Not Launch
A recent data cleanup change caused an issue where some scheduled activities did not launch. The team identified and pushed a patch to fix this issue.

The following new features and enhancements were included in this release:
Terminology and Navigation Enhancements to the Web Admin Console
We updated terminology and streamlined the menu system to make the admin experience easier to use.
Key changes include:
- Simplified navigation with updated terminology and consolidated menu options.
- Each page has descriptions for key tasks.
- Messages are now called Posts to better reflect the content.
iOS Fast Forward
With the initial release of our video feature, the ability for iOS users to properly seek forward in a video was not supported. With this release iOS users can now fast forward or seek in videos hosted in the Limeade ONE platform.
Upload Documents to Posts
In this release, we have added the ability for communications post/message authors to easily upload a document directly in the Create a Post/New message console instead of having to first add the document to a folder in the resources section of the app.
This new capability has many advantages from efficiency and enabling a more simple permissions model for users with the writer permissions to not requiring access to the resources section. Additionally, all documents uploaded using this method will not show in the resources section alleviating clutter in this area and supporting a simplified folder structure for end users. This addition does not affect the original capability of selecting a document that is stored in the resources section.

Time Zone Issue in Message Filtering for Reports
In some cases, depending on a user's time zone and the time of day, no report items were visible. This issue has been resolved for the following reports:
- Messages Report
- Polls Report
- Tacked Links Report
- Cheers Report
- Invitation Analytics
- Solicitations Report
- Report Dashboard
- Shares Report
Likes Author Issue in Exported Message Report
When exporting reports under the Communications / Reports / Messages form, there is a tab in the Excel spreadsheet that contains Likes. In that tab, it shows the author of the Like; however, the author was always blank. With this release, the Author is now populated, so customers can now know who Liked a Message in an exported Message Report.
Exported Report Issue when using Multi Word Search Filter
When Communications reports were used with a search filter and a multi word filter was used, the report would not be exported correctly. This issue is now resolved.
Change Password Option Not Available
An issue was encountered where the Change Password option was not appearing for some mobile users (using ONE Auth authentication). This has been resolved and now mobile users can change their password via the mobile app.
Animated GIF Not Functioning
An issue was discovered in the handling of animated GIF in our image optimization algorithms. In this release, Animated GIF should no longer be negatively affected by the optimization task. Due to the nature of animated GIFs, Communications post authors should still avoid using animated GIFs that exceed 200K in size to avoid negatively impacting end users.
Login Branding Issue
An issue was identified where saving branding related to the Login experience. This release resolves this issue.

We improved the Limeade ONE administrative experience to provide a clear hierarchy and organization of available tools and resources in an intuitive design, empowering admins to leverage the entire capability of Limeade ONE.
Limeade ONE Reporting: Embedded Dashboards in the ONE Tenant Admin
This feature allows the insights dashboards that are customer facing to show up in a customer's web admin console as an embedded dashboard experience. They have access to all their insights in the same place they see all their other reporting and dashboards.
Limeade ONE Reporting: New Dashboard Views
There are two new dashboard views in the Web Admin Console relating to communications reporting for Limeade ONE customers: Summary and Device Usage. These new views include a range of new visuals and filtering capabilities. This is part of the larger Limeade ONE Reporting v1 Epic.
Survey Builder: Auto-Fill Survey Answer Choices
Program Admins can now select from a set of commonly used answer choices when building a survey using Limeade ONE Listening Tools. This saves a ton of time and reduces the change of typos when building custom surveys.
