If you are an iOS user who receives the error below after entering your Employer name on the Welcome Screen of the Limeade ONE app, this is due to All Third Party Cookies being blocked in Safari.
The Limeade ONE login flow relies on a token that includes the Employer information, so that you see your correct program. When third party cookies are blocked in Safari, this token cannot be carried over.
If you are experiencing this issue, you must disable the toggle that blocks all cookies in Safari in order for mobile login to work. To do this, go to your iOS Settings > Safari > scroll to the bottom to select Advanced > uncheck Block All Cookies.
