When trying to claim an Amazon gift card, I'm receiving the message that the servers are busy and to try again later.

This error can indicate that a few different things may be happening

1. The Amazon server is currently not available for a user to claim their gift card.
2. There is an issue with an account that is preventing a user from being able to claim the card.
   • Usually, this is due to a recent change in reward eligibility. After 24 hours, if a user is still receiving the error, please contact Support so that they can investigate further.
