How can I unsubscribe from email notifications?

To update email notifications:

1. Log into the desktop version of your program.
2. Click on your profile image in the top right corner and select Settings.

1. Under Notifications, either check or uncheck the Receive Notifications checkbox to control whether you want to receive email notifications.
2. Once done making changes, click Save.

Note: The Settings page was updated in mid-September 2023. If you previously updated your notification settings to a weekly/monthly cadence or specific day of the week, that will hold.

If the instructions above don't work for your experience, please follow these alternate steps.

1. Log into the desktop version of your program.
2. Click on your profile image or circle in the right corner.
3. Select Settings
4. On the Settings page select "Notification Settings".
5. You can choose under notification options to see no notifications and or specify which days of the week to receive notifications. 
6. Once done making changes select the Save Profile and Settings Changes Button
