Is my account activated?

Accounts are activated once the initial registration process has been completed. This includes entering account information and agreeing to the Limeade Terms of Service, Limeade Privacy Policy, and any consents your organization requires. Once the registration process is complete, the account has been registered.

If you are unsure whether your account is activated, here are a few things to try:

  1. If you see a "Single Sign-On" button on your program's login page, try using your corporate identity credentials to log in.
    • If your account was already registered, you will be brought to the Home tab.
    • If your account was not registered, you may be prompted to accept consents before going to the Home tab. 
  2. On your program's login page, click Sign Up and enter the requested information. If you already have an account, you will be prompted to log in. 
  3. On your program's login page, try to log in.
    • Enter the email address used when creating the account and click Continue.
    • When prompted to enter your password, click Forgot password.
    • Enter your email address again or just click Continue.
    • Check your email inbox.
      • If the email does not appear within several minutes, please check the spam folder as well
    • In the email, click Create a new password
    • Choose a new password and click Create my password
      • Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain one of the following: 
        • 2 letters and 2 numbers
        • 1 number and 1 special character
        • 1 number and 1 upper case letter
        • 1 special character and 1 upper case letter 
      • Passwords may not include a first or last name, sign-in name, or company name
    • If you did not receive an email you may have registered with a different account. You can repeat the process above with a different email. Otherwise, please reach out to our Customer Care Team to have your email updated.

To access an account

  • Visit the program site's Sign-in page.
    • Please visit the Sign-in Help page to find a program site URL.
  • Enter username, registered email, and password.
    • If a user does not remember their password, please visit the Sign-in Help page.
