If your organization is using the Limeade ONE app, passwords can only be updated by contacting our Customer Care team.
Please note: If you are using corporate identity credentials to log into your program, your password is managed by your organization and cannot be updated by Limeade.
If the instructions above don't work for your experience, please follow these alternate steps.
Depending on your organization's version of Limeade, you may be able to change your password on the Desktop version of your program.
- Click the Profile Image in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
- Click on the Password section.
- Click on Change Password.
- Enter the current password.
- Choose a new password.
- Save the changes.
