There are 2 methods for logging into the Limeade platform:
- Standard Limeade Login from the Sign-in page
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
Once an account has been registered, visit the program's unique login page.
From the Sign-in page:
- Enter an email address (or username, for certain programs).
- Enter a password.
To recover your password or username, use the Trouble Signing In link located on the Sign-in page.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
To access the program:
- Navigate to your internal organization's portal for a link to access the program, or go to the program's unique login page and click the single sign-on button.
- Use your corporate credentials to log in.
Clearing Cache and Cookies
In some situations, clearing your cache and cookies could help as well if you can't login. To do this please select the symbol in the upper righthand corner of your browser that looks like "…". Navigate to the settings option (May look like a gear), search for "cache and cookies", select "clear all", and relaunch your browser.
